Please note that all payments made for consultations, single sessions, or treatment packages are non-refundable under any circumstances.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule by informing us at least 24 hours in advance (subject to slot availability).

• Missed appointments without prior notice will be treated as availed and cannot be rescheduled.

2. Advance Payments

• Any advance amount paid for future appointments will be adjusted against upcoming services, but will not be refunded.

3. Treatment Packages

• Once a treatment package is purchased, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

• Unused sessions may be transferred to another person only with clinic approval and within the validity period.
