1. Scope of Services

Shiv Yog Physiotherapy offers physiotherapy, manual therapy, dry needling, rehabilitation, yoga based therapy, and holistic wellness services.
All treatments are provided by qualified professionals following evidence based and ISO certified clinical protocols.

2. Appointments & Consultations

Prior appointment is recommended to ensure timely service.
You may book an appointment via phone, WhatsApp, inperson, or online (if available).
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
In case of a delay or cancellation, kindly inform us at least 4 hours in advance to reschedule.

3. Payment Policy

Payment must be made in full before each session unless a prepaid package is selected.
Accepted modes: Cash, UPI, Net Banking, or other approved digital payment options.
All packages are nontransferable and nonrefundable once activated, except under special medical reasons (at the clinic’s discretion).

4. Confidentiality & Medical Records

We respect your privacy. All patient records, reports, and personal information are kept strictly confidential.
As an ISO 27001 certified clinic, we follow secure data handling and patient information protocols.

5. Treatment & Safety

You are required to disclose your complete medical history and current health conditions before starting any treatment.
Shiv Yog Physiotherapy does not guarantee results as outcomes vary per individual and condition.
Treatment may be discontinued if:

The patient shows noncooperation.
There is any form of misconduct or abuse toward staff.
The condition is found to be outside the scope of physiotherapy and needs medical referral.

6. Code of Conduct

Patients and visitors are expected to maintain respectful behaviour within clinic premises.
Kindly switch your mobile to silent mode inside the treatment zone.
Maintain hygiene and follow instructions given by the therapist for your own safety and recovery.

7. Package Validity

All prepaid therapy packages must be completed within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase (usually 30 or 45 days).
Missed sessions without prior notice will be counted.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive for the highest quality of care, Shiv Yog Physiotherapy shall not be held liable for any unexpected outcomes, side effects, or delays in healing due to preexisting or undisclosed conditions.
All therapy is undertaken at the patient’s informed consent.
